Bullis School MD track and field coach Joe Lee joins DyeStat editor Doug Binder for an hour-long conversation about all things related to Bullis track and the indoor track season as 2024 begins. Lee has enjoyed tremendous success over the past decade as the coach at Bullis, a private school in Maryland that he has turned into one of the nation's most recognizable high school brands. Former Bullis athlete Masai Russell made her first U.S. senior team last summer in the women's 100-meter hurdles and is a candidate to make the 2024 Olympic team. Lee also discusses his pathway into the coaching profession, the new revenue opportunities for athletes, particularly in college, and how Russell was one of the first to master the NIL landscape.
